A new apartment building called Birla Evara is being built on Sarjapur Road in the middle of East Bangalore.  Buyers of high-end homes may need to adjust to the new market conditions.  There are 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK homes on the floor plans, and most of the land is not limited in any way.  Birla Evara Bangalore charges an annual fee to maintain public areas of the city in good shape.  A year later, the prices would still add up to 75 rupees per square foot, even if GST wasn't in place.  Most people have to pay these fees once a year or every month.
